Subject: You're the greatest audio company! I've been looking for a website that has quality brands at discount prices and I've finally found it! Crutchfield carries some of the same brands that you do, but they cost over a hundred dollars more! Crutchfield throws up prices to bring them down and call it a sale. You guys bring them down, and bring them down further during a sale. You're the best! I recently purchased a Legacy Red Series2 1000 watt amp for only a hundred dollars! Where else are you going to find a deal like that?

I just recently ran across your Web site and am truly impressed. The time that your organization has taken to share information and educate speaks volumes about who you are. I am confident that you have received many letters such as this with regards to your efforts. I am in the process of outfitting my full-sized, extra cab Chevy truck with some of my old Kenwood pieces as well as some new speakers, crossover, EQ, etc. In the past, I have had a couple of poor experiences with Internet and "mail-order" sales. The care that your company demonstrates gives me encouragement to utilize this forum for purchases again. I plan on accessing your site for these needs. Thank you again for your time and effort.

Subject: Thanx Hi, thanks for the advice, it may have helped save the car too! After receiving your mail I immediately took the car to an audio technician. He expressed a similar opinion and agreed with what you had said. He took the car off me for an hour and checked everything in my install. While he was in the engine bay checking the battery connections he noticed some places where wires had rubbed and melted together or something. Anyway he said that it only used those wires when it was running and moving and that it could have wiped my battery out and stopped the power steering from working while the car was one the move! He replaced a couple pieces of cable and taped them down securely. Since then it's been fantastic. No problems at all. Thank you very much for your help

Jim, Thank you for your response. I had sent 4 tech support inquiries out. 2 were to the manufacturers of the equipment, one was to Crutchfield, and one was to you. You were the only one that answered and went into great depth to educate me as to how to troubleshoot the problem. Because of this I have moved Electornixwarehouse to the top of my list for car electronics for the upcoming holidays. Thanks !!!

I just had to tell you that as far as I am concerned this is the best site I have come across so far for car subwoofer speakers. I am trying to find these for my husband and know nothing at all about them. When coming across the RMS and other things like that I had no idea what they were talking about. I will make sure that my husband looks at this site and, hopefully, will buy his things here. Thanks for taking the time to explain all of this stuff to a frustrated house wife.

Dear Jim, Thank you very much for this enlightening info. I always thought subwoofers needed more power but I had no idea it needs at least/about 120% of their ratings. No wonder the setups I've seen have large & many amps, but nobody could intelligently explain WHY??? Your explanation was very informative. All the best to you!

BINGO! You were exactly right. What happened is that I initially plugged the power antenna wire of the radio unit to the wire marked 'power antenna' on the Chrysler wire harness. In fact, it should have said 'Amplifier' instead of 'power antenna.' I switched the Amp and Power Antenna wires, as you suggested, and now it works perfectly. Many thanks for your help.
